How do we become who we are?
I was always attracted to different cultures, especially to Asia with all its vibrant colours, textiles and jewelry and the kind, open and playful interactions between humans.
Professionally, I am looking back on a long period of working in the costume department where my work included tasks such as dyeing textiles, milliner and many special effects like dirty down. Often this consists of a process of finding creative solutions.
With the years passing by I felt a powerful set of skills inside of me which empower me to be creative. There is an available source inside of me: When I activate it, everything flows.

A grateful heart is a magnet for miracles

In this fast-producing world of theatre with all its changing inputs yoga and meditation helped me a lot to digest all these influences.
The fantastic feeling of sitting in the audience seeing a baroque opera and being part of this art piece.
Painting – always with music – brought me to a meditative state, and I got centered.
Being in the calm nature, on a Greek island near the sea or in the green nature of Bali; all this brought me a lot of joy and calmness in the past years. I travelled to India, Indonesia and Japan. I loved to grow and see other cultures and to learn.
